My personalized hypnobirthing programmes help reduce fear and anxiety which are commonly associated with the labor process and are offered in both group settings and through private consultations— you simply decide what feels best for you. My classes included a range of topics, including brain training, self hypnosis techniques, affirmations, physical comfort measures, a solid foundation of prenatal education and more!
